  • We have recently completed the purchase of an apartment at Las Colinas del Golf and Mark and Sharon have been absolutely great, helping us out at every hurdle and even dealing with the bank and solicitor for us when we had any problems. They unfailingly responded with patience above and beyond the call of duty when faced with our panicky e-mails and hysterical phone calls and sorted everything for us. They worked extremely hard to clean and furnish our apartment for us in a very short time and we have now signed up for their management service. They are decent, honest people and we cannot recommend them and their services too highly.

La Envia Golf

La Envia Golf resort is centred around the golf course and 5* Envia Wellness Hotel.  La Envia is approached just off the main Mediterranean Highway in a stunning mountain valley setting with 24 hour security.  The resort consists mainly of individual large detached villas with a few apartment blocks and duplex’s.

The La Envia golf course is an undulating 18 hole, par 70 golf course of 5775 meters with manicured fairways, tees and greens where bunkers are more ornamental than threatening. The course offers a fair test of play. Challenging drives & approach shots ensures all the clubs in the bag get an airing and it is noteworthy that the greens here are as excellent as the views from the Clubhouse.

 

golf enviaThe Clubhouse restaurant is available for golfers and non golfers alike and offers a large selection of food and wines. There are also quiet lounges together with comfortable nooks for drinks and morning coffee, as well as the large terrace with stunning views of the golf course, surrounding mountains and sea beyond.

The resort also houses the luxury 5* Envia Wellness Hotel which again has a large, circular restaurant overlooking the golf course.  There is also a bar and several comfortable seating areas – perfect for relaxing over coffee or a pre-dinner drink or that special dinner.

La Envia fitness club is situated next to the 5* Hotel in a “town square” setting and offers relaxing spa facilities and a range of beauty treatments.

We are able to offer discounts at La Envia Golf, Serena Golf in Roquetas De Mar and Alboran Golf which is situated near to Almeria Airport.
